Brandon Kinzer Scheduled for Weekend Off Following B.J. Parker Memorial at TST
(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer and his #18 team drove through the pit gate at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama on Saturday, June 11 for the annual running of the 'B.J. Parker Memorial.' The Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series (SAS) once again presided over the $4,200 to win showdown at TST.
Brandon clicked off the seventh fastest lap in his group during the qualifying session prior to claiming the second transfer spot through his B-Main. After rolling off from the inside of the seventh row in the 42-lap feature event, BK was involved in a huge pileup on the second circuit. As a result of heavy front-end damage to his Longhorn mount, Brandon retired from the 'B.J. Parker Memorial' in the twenty-fourth position. Full results can be obtained online at www.sasdirt.com.
The Kinzer Motorsports team has elected to take the upcoming June 17-18 weekend off from racing competition. They are currently scouring schedules for the following weekend and will announce their race plans sometime next week online at www.brandonkinzer.com. Keep checking the website for the latest news and information concerning the #18 racing team.
Brandon and the Kinzer Motorsports team would like to thank the following marketing partners for their continued loyalty and support: Kinzer Drilling Company, Will Kinzer Foundation for Autism Research, Quality Natural Gas, New Era Recycling Solutions, Bluegrass Arms, Longhorn Chassis by Weaver, Cornett Engines, RideHonda.com, Allstar Performance, Art’s Radiator and Welding, Beyea Headers, Delph Communications, Design 500, Dyer’s Top Rods, Goodridge Hose & Fittings, Hypercoils, Mike’s Custom Tanks (MCT), Perry County Tire, Pro Armor, Quarter Master, Real Racing Wheels, Scott Performance Wire, Tiger Rear Ends, Ultra Shield Race Products, VP Racing Fuels, Wells Racing Photography, Wiles Driveshafts, Wilwood Engineering, and Wrisco Industries.
