East Bay Raceway Park Co-Promoter Todd Hutto joined Dirt Cast to talk about the upcoming 36th Annual Winternationals, this years schedule of events, NeSmith Crate Late Model racing starting this week, having another late model speedweek scheduled on top of the Dart Winternationals, having been through this before, feeling this is bad for the fans, hoping it will be different next year, the improvements to the facility, what the speedway can do to cut costs for fans and competitors, his expectations on car counts for each week and this years Pay Per View.
