FAYETTEVILLE, NC –National Dirt Racing Association (NDRA) Dirt Wars presented by Goodyear are set to take center stage Friday and Saturday September 14-15 with a pair of $3,000 to win main events at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, NC and Lancaster Speedway in Lancaster, SC.
Each event will pay $3,000 to win and $300 to start for the drivers that have earned their way into Dirt Wars III.
Carolina Speedway will once again be hosting the first leg of the event. Last year’s show saw Ron Parker capture the $3,000 victory. Parker then backed up his win the next night with another $3,000 win in front of a packed house at Lancaster Speedway.
Each track has hosted a pair of Heintz Performance Road Show races in 2012. Carolina’s events saw Jeff Smith and Ross Bailes find City Chevrolet victory lane while Dennis ‘Rambo’ Franklin and Parker took the Lancaster wins.
Along with the NDRA LM’s at Carolina will be the Street Stocks, Four Cylinders, Hornets and Open Wheel Modifieds. Lancaster will see racing in Pure Street, Vintage, Super Stock, Crate Sportsman and Front Wheel Drive.
