On Saturday April 20th the FASTRAK latemodels will once again take to Bill Altman's unique oval.
this time in a qualifying format.---red transponders will be used and available at the track if you don't have your own
this is a NE touring event and will count toward touring points and add to the drivers tally of races needed to compete in the World Championship
The track was a non abrassive surface the last time we visited, the track hardly wore a tire and enhanced the driving ability of the drivers---the previous race claimed no victims of torn up equipment.
Frank Benic (general manager) has been quoted as saying--"the surface will get better every race"
we look forward to another exciting event at Mercer Raceway Park
