13th Annual Rebel Yell
No chance of the "R" word and partly cloudy, come spend the day at the track.
Screven Motor Speedway will run the 13th Annual Rebel Yell event on Saturday, July 21, 2012. All four tracks will be in competition for this event: Screven Motor Speedway, Savannah River Dragway, Game(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) Speedway, and the Gee Chee Creek Mudd Drags.
The Screven Motor Speedway will feature the Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series for $5,300 to win, plus several local divisions will be running as well: Limited Sportsman ($750 to win), Super Streets ($600 to win), Bomber/Road Warriors ($400 to win), and Renegades ($300 to win). The Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series will make its regular visit to the track for a 53 lap battle. Last year's Southern Nationals Series event was won by Brent (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)son of Elberton, GA.
Gates will open on Saturday at 3:00PM with racing starting at 8:00PM at the Screven Motor Speedway. Admission is $20 for adults and children 12 and under are FREE. Admission will get you into all four tracks and all access to the facility, including pits at all tracks. Be sure to come out and join us for the 13th Annual Rebel Yell event on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
