Kevin Kovac: TUCSON, AZ – Nov. 20, 2012 – DIRTcar Racing will sanction the upcoming 2013 Winter Extreme dirt Late Model series scheduled for Jan. 12-20 at Tucson International Raceway, organization and track officials have announced.
Renamed the ‘DIRTcar Winter Extreme,’ the blockbuster mid-winter event at the three-eighths-mile Arizona oval will feature six days of dirt Late Model competition. There will be $3,000-to-win A-Mains on Jan. 12, 16, 18 and 19; a $5,000 top prize on Jan. 13; and a $10,000 first-place check on the line in the finale on Jan. 20.
