RAIN OUT... BUT NOT SPEED-BUNNY CLEVELAND KID's HAPPY EASTER
Cleveland, TN (3/30/2013) --- Mother-Nature got the best of Cleveland Speedway, Saturday night (3/30) but not the best of SPEED-BUNNY. Peter Cottontail's Racing Cousin made it to the track in enuff time to spread over 500 Easter Eggs and over $500 in cash and prizes inside Easter Eggs. Bobby & P.D. Doss of Doss Motors, Ohms Racing's Harrison Transmission, Chattown Radiator's Danny & Daniel Burnette, Jason Decker Racing, Pony racer Jerry Beavers of the Cleveland Beavers Bunch and many racefans donated everything from money, to candy, to actual plastic eggs for the festivities. SPEED-BUNNY was assisted by Jerry Lee Sharp & D.J. Henson, with Ricky Gladdin providing us an actual hare for the kids to pet and play with. Scottie Hogan graciously allowed us to use his #15 "Ram Carriers, Spangler Sheet Metal, Outlaw Racing Graphics" Crate Late Model as a backdrop for SPEED-BUNNY. Track photographer Ronnie Barnett (The Photo Man) took photo's of many kids before the rains came and washed out the program..
