Berck takes back the SLMR points lead at Riviera

The see-saw battle for the SLMR points championship continued this past Saturday night at the Riviera Raceway in Norfolk with Kyle Berck picking up his 43rd career SLMR feature win and in the process regaining the SLMR points lead from Tad Pospisil, who ran fifth in the event. Berck & Pospisil have swapped the SLMR several times this season,

Berck started on the pole and was never headed. The move of the night went to Bill Leighton, Jr., who charged from his 17th starting spot to finish second. Following Berck and Leighton, Jr. were Mike Marushak, Robbie Anderson and Tad Pospisil. 25 cars were in attendance.
