Vic Hill set to promote another Steel Head Late model event at Bulls Gap

Dirt late model driver and engine builder Vic Hill will again team with Volunteer Speedway owners Joe and Phyllis Loven to promote a major Steel Head Late Model race in Bulls Gap, Tennessee on October 12. And this time, the stakes will be even higher than the already eye opening previous event.
