ATTENTION:
Track Owners
Car Owners
And Drivers!
We are having a meeting about the state of Crate racing in our area. We encourage everyone that has interest in the future of Crate racing to attend. This forum will be to discuss many topics and concerns. Any topic will be open to discussions.
We firmly believe Crate Late Models will be the future of grass roots racing at most local tracks. We also understand the big shows with the traveling super Late Models is still very important to local tracks. That isn’t going to change. With that being said the big issue is a common ground. There is one thing that will only insure the success of Crates; the tech issue with the motors. This has to be a common ground for all. We all want to be able to race at different tracks. The only way to build tracks car counts is to make it easier for the car owners and drivers. If tracks try and run their own rules packages, it will limit their ability to build car counts.
We really want to hear from all the local track owners and/or Promoter’s in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky. We want to hear about all your concerns. We are sure drivers and car owners may not be aware of the challenges you may face. So please encourage everyone to attend this meeting. We are aware things may not change much in 2014, but believe 2015 will be a break out year for Crate Late Models in the Midwest. Much like it has in the South.
Those attending will be Stan Lester Owner and founder of Fastrak Racing series. Also Keith Masters from Mastersbilt Race cars, among others.

With any questions or concerns. Please pass along to others the importance of this meeting. This will be great time to voice all of your concerns.
