CARTERSVILLE, GA – The 2016 Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series rules have been posted and are available for easy printing at the series’ web site at 525superseries.com. The most notable change in the 2016 Chevy Super Series rules is that the dirt late models competing in the series must run a rear spoiler no larger than eight inches high and eight inch rear sail panels.
Other changes include a redefinition of the standard rear suspension of the dirt late models competing in the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series. The rules posted on the Chevy Super Series web site will indicate rule changes for 2016 printed in red.
The 2016 season opener for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series will be on Saturday night, March 26 at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, TN. The race will be 50 laps in length and pay $3,000-to-win. Ronnie Johnson of Chattanooga, TN is the defending and two-time Chevy Super Series National Champion.
