When it gets slick, it separates the racers from the pedal-mashers. And as you indicated it is a lot more entertaining.

Totally false statement. There is difference between both surfaces and way raced but tacky tracks can have multiple grooves too. Slick means you race smooth and build momentum for speed but moisture allows you to mess up and not lose 30 car lengths. Each track races different according to conditions. Your bullring usually best with moisture, Eldora typically better slick but not every track great slick.

The surface reminded me a lot of senoia. The 2 races they held this week were leaps and bounds better than the previous years Lucas came to town.
