according to release from the fairboard is that the land is not for sale will continue to operate as a fairgrounds. not sure which press statement is true but they are definitely conflictedComment

From what I know of Vcs is that the state owns 3/4 of the property and the rest is privately owned. That's been the biggest issue. Plus there "Fairboard was known to be shady.. If this turns into another Fairboard deal stick a fork in it it'll never happen. Hopefully Frankie can pull it off, I doubt it the whole of Vermillion county is corruptComment
