I had the pleasure of watching Kody Swanson of Kingsburg, CA win 3 very prestigious events on 3 consecutive nights over Memorial Day Weekend. Kody won the USAC Silver Crown Hoosier Hundred at the Indiana State Fairground dirt mile on Thursday night in what was a very good race. He backed that up with another USAC Silver Crown win Friday night at the Carb Night Classic on the pavement at Lucas Oil Raceway in Clermont, IN. Then he jumped in a pavement wingless 410 sprint car and drove it to a hard fought victory in the Little 500 at Anderson Speedway!
We had the honor of watching Kody win all 3 races. It is my opinion that Kody Swanson is entitled to a shot at Indy Lights and/or Indy Cars or even NASCAR. He's smooth, clean and takes very good care of the equipment he drives. Kody is probably the best all around driver that isn't currently in either the NASCAR or the Indy Car developmental system.
Way to go Kody!!
