is the computer needed for the 8 plug 2.3 engine if we done away with the left side plugs? We put the faulers in it. and addapted a intake over to the engine with carborator. going to wire our coil pack directly to the Toggleswitch for fire. I was told that the computer is only there for a timing curve if you wanted to advance or decrease it. Any Help is apprecated.
