Question on Using a Offy Intake

I am getting a Offy 6222-C intake from a forum member and want to use a Autolite/Motorcraft 2100 carb with it. FelPro makes a .630" spacer for the 2100 but am not sure it will mate directly to the Offy's Holley 5200 bolt spacing? Do I need an additional adapter to bolt to the Offy 5200 spacing and then to 2100 spacing or are they the same spacing's?Many thanks!Nate
