07 Hughes Base Set Up?

Can anyone tell me where to begin with an 07 Hughes chassis #h102? Would like to know the following. More than likely will only run West Plains, Mo with IMCA rules with a claim style motor I know crate seems to be the way to go in these cars.

Ride Height
4-bar lengths
Right to left measurement (j bar length?)
Pinion angle
Springs
Scale numbers

Any other information that you all might have would be greatly appreciated.
