intake manifold ?

I have a mild 350 SBC motor and I hit aprox. 6000 rpm at end of straight. Currently I use a cast iron high rise manifold with my 750 quadrajet. The rules now allow the Edelbrock aluminum 2101. Should I change for weight or increased performance. Thank you for your opinions.

Weight is the enemy.

Aftermarket is almost always better than stock equipment I would go with the Edelbrock and you will save some weight at the same time.
