A great article concerning some great young dirt drivers who have made it to the money and fame of big time auto racing without the obligatory trailer full of money. However, it came with a price to those of us who loved watching these superbly talented drivers on the dirt tracks we love.
It's a bittersweet thought but imagine if the drivers who are the focus of this article were to spend their whole careers driving midgets, sprints and USAC Silver Crown cars like Jack Hewitt did or like Scott Bloomquist and Billy Moyer have driving just the dirt late models.
The entertainment that they would provide to those of us who love watching them on dirt and the numbers they would accumulate would truly be spectacular!
