I am 100% certain many cars have way too much rake.
-
I was talking about single night deals.
-
I've always heard the tracks get a modest cut.
-
I was watching on ppv. I'm with you, Boggs is fast, but he wasn't tonight.
-
Is the 14s, that outran Jackie tonight, a crate?
-
They have had a couple decent built up LS engines over the last few years.
-
You need your eyes checked

You might get that to work with a very full radial tire. Bias ply, no way.

TerryM,
You change lanes at the last minute on corner entry, you may very well get hit.

Lanigan might as well be a Vanderbilt compared to the average Joe. I don't think that factors in with him.

The system has little to no compliance. The spring cannot function. The shock cannot function. That is bad for maintaining traction over bumps. You can rock the cage back to compensate.

I don't know that there is a best amount. You just need to get the dynamic load curve that works for you.

The bars still work the same. We just know better than to put the LR top bar down to 3.5" from axle centerline now. A birdcage anywhere near cam over is a killer of speed. We also understand that...

The dominant factor in that adjustment is on gas handling. So I would not.
-
Is weight transfer not a function of CG height and lateral acceleration? I agree it doesn't seem to be as noticable as the acceleration change, but physics say it should tighten.
-
AB wrenches both cars? Must stay pretty busy.
-
Then, once you hit the corner and the chassis gets to it's roll angle, the RR and RF have gained a different amount of the weight transfer compared to when you had a lower RR pin to pin. This is...
-
That's just it, everything else does not stay the same. Your ride heights will change when you change that load number.
-
The difficulty in giving absolute answers to most questions about these cars is that all adjustments have the possibility of effecting wheel load, steer, cg height, and lateral location of he rear...
