like renegade said, make sure your getting all the air out of system, I used a bleed valve on top of thermostat housing to bleed , did have a rad that was good at end of season and didn't work at...

mine always leaked when removed and reinstalled, dig out the old silicone, clean with 2+2, over fill area with new silicone and install while wet, all better tomorrow .

speedway motors sells the cold fire system, that's some amazing stuff, the nice thing about it is you fill and recharge and you can test with just water
