Automotive Component Engineering, aka powerbyace.com has the thru fire wall header for a Pinto. Now available with V band clamp for exhaustt.

Use the 30cc pump and turn it down. Will help with pull over as you really don't need accell pump at rpms. You have enough vacuum coming thru the venturis to create good signal.
-
Goto www.powerbyace.com technical section, they have what you seek.
-
Using thw 305 ex valve is just slightly smaller in diameter. Unshrouding the valve for better flow. The other advantage is for higher lift cams.
-
Are you running a PCV hose?

At powerbyace.com they have wiring diagrams in thier technical section.

Torque is measured in pound / feet. No sure what you would be measuring in foot / pounds. It is wrong, when an engineer refers to torque in foot / pounds.

Be sure to use a minimum of #4 oil line to gauge. #6 is better and will more closely follow actual engine oil pressure.
-
First off, are you talking Hydraulic, Solid or Roller.
Hydraulic you should have between 95 - 100 lbs on the seat with no more than 250Lbs on the nose at max lift.
Solid, run 105 - 110 lbs on the...

Run a 37" long, 3" tube from the end of the collector. Put your muffler there. Then put a heavy crayon line extending forward to see if you need to shorten it up.

In the technical section at www.powerbyace.com there is some ratio charts.

You might look at the dist wiring diagrams in the technical section on www.powerbyace.com May help.

Check the clearance between pickup and oil pan. Must be a minimum of .250" also that the oil pickup tube is secure, cannot suck down to pan.
Check the gasket and surfaces between pickup and oil pump...

How are you mounting the coil. It should be standing up as much as possible. Never mount the output pointing down as that will draw the oil away from the coil windings, which will make it hot.
-
Do not use the D port gasket on oval port manifolds. You will lose power thru out the rpm range. The ports are not too small, remember they were designed for a street engine power from idle to approx...
-
The last blocks were in the mid 1990's. 1995 2.3L engine had an oil pump in place of the auxillary shaft no fuel pump boss. The DIS engines which had an oil pump drive in the dist hole. They also had...
-
Use the puller type (factory) and you can do it in the car. Protect the oil drain holes when doing it.
-
Install a 3" tube approx 48" long onto the collector. Put a white crayon mark for the last 18" or so. The correct length will be where the crayon is no longer burned. This will be approx 42" from the...
-
You will not see much difference between those. The best flowing manifold is the later model tri Y cast iron. Header from www.powerbyace.com with a 42" (from the junction of the 4 primary tubes in...
