This assumes the spacer is all you do. Moving a wheel out takes weight off of it and effectively softens the spring. So, move rf out, tighter off throttle, looser on throttle.
Rear is more complicated because you also have the tires position, compared to the center of gravity location, while pushing the chassis forward. Looking at only that component of it, left out tightens on throttle, right out loosens on throttle. Likely the contribution from the loads will have a greater effect.
