First, you'll want to dedicate half a season to getting used to driving with the floater. If you don't like it, just take all the angle out of the floater bar.
Second, you'll have to work on chassis setups to get the car to work with the floater. Sometimes, the setup you run works fine with the floater, other times you'll be way too tight.
If you find yourself riding the brakes a lot right now, you should be ok. Just remember that you can manipulate the race car many different ways with that floater on there.
Advantages VS Clamped up... I don't see it being a game changer anymore. The cars work good enough that you can go just as fast without one.
