Suggestion on heads

I am building a 410 13.5:1 IMCA mod motor. Need recommendations on a set of iron heads that won't break the bank. Solid lift cam on Alky turning 7200-7400. What size runners should I use?

I would look at dart iron eagle platinum with 215 runners.
