Has anyone ever fooled around with the race engineering cylinder head that has the raised ports? Best combination for the machine work? Best thing to have done to the virgin cast had? Etc.... Any info is appreciated thanks.

I'd like to throw our name in the hat as well as a few of our customers. Esslinger Engineering, Steve's Head Shed, Boport, Leagon's Depends on your budget and what you're looking for...

There is a guy in Boise who builds killer heads. Brent Lamb. Every racer in Idaho knows who he is.

Dave I sent you a picture of a cut out view of Head (race engineering, Rhea, Chinese). It is a cut between intake and exhaust valve. I don't think I can get any closer to exhaust because of water. I have several more views. Robert

Dave, I think He does, but I do not know it. I can try to find out. I know that Ken Chandler and kyle latham have used him. I am back in CA right now.

I've moved the plugs by plug and redrill but another alternative there is to use an insert and go to the 12mm plug size. You can gain .039 that way. You could also have someone make you an offset plug and maybe go .050 or so.I don't like that thin flat edge section created from milling.
BUCKLE UP NOW, YA HEAR?
