Does lightning have the ride heights adjusted with the driver in or out if the car or just when you scale?

Driver or drivers weight in the car. Put some weight where your legs are, not all in the seat.

Yes set ride heights with driver, fuel, stagger, and air pressure. Just as you would be racing at the end of feature.
