oil out rear end breather.
Why would oil come out my rear end breather I have it routed up by the fuel tank and its pushing oil out. I put a gallon of oil in it. Anyone else have this problem or a cure?

9" or qc ? sounds like too much oil, qc level is supposed to be 2" below the c/line of axle in
Winter's book...
" Most of my drivers have been new to 4 link stuff and I believe most of their chassis issues are really my driver issues....... "

May have to move the breather location,,,,if it anywhere close to the ring gear,,,it will sling 'er out,,,,
We build fast race cars,,not race cars fast!

Its on the driver side on the case between the axle and the top. First time we changed the oil since we got the car ran it a few races and never had the issue until we changed oil. Although when we drained it we didn't get a gallon out of it maybe a little over 3 quarts so maybe with a gallon its enough to fling it up the tube. The tube runs up next to the fuel cell just below the deck.

Everyone told me the 9" takes a gallon of oil.

If it has the inner axle seals 4qts may be too much, 3qts should be good.

Yes I did put an inner axle seal in the universal one from speedway because my hub seal kept leaking.
