Judging Bobby's prior business interests, when he gets bored with them, he dumps it!

And it doesn't take Bobby long to get bored with anything either I don't believe... But then again they just might sell the longhorn operation and start up another chassis company if bowyer flashes enough nascar cash at them.... Just a little thought is all..

If Bowyer does buy Longhorn and uses Longhorns for his cars I wish he would put Chris Ferguson in one. With some more backing and resources that kid could be a contender on a national series. Plus, he's a great person in addition to being a great wheelman.

I think your right there dalemcfan. Sure would be interesting. If that were to happen chris's dad needs to keep setn up his car. Needs to be a pkg deal there.

Yep, I agree. If Bowyer would have Ferguson with his current guys on one team & put Davenport back in one with the Rumleys on his team that would be a potent duo. I've always thought O'neal would go back to driving a Mastersbilt at some point.

Fergie, Francis, and Oneal would be a potent trio for Bowyer and Longhorn!

I hope the Rumley to Rocket thing is true, mostly because the butthurt around here would be hysterical. Plus, imagine how funny another Chub interview after the whole deal is announced would be.

I'm not sure Bowyer buying Longhorn would work out for the best. Bowyer's dirt late model efforts have been pretty underwheming. I know he'd be buying what seems to be a wildly successful operation, but dirt late model racing changes so fast, I'm not so sure he'd be able to keep up with the changes.

You guys are all wrong. I bought the jig at Eldora last week. Strapped her to the top of my old Escort. Sitting next to it right now in my moms basement.

There's several reason's why Rocket don't get much love on here Josh! Plus, if Mark got the Rumley secret to their success, it wouldn't get any further than that house car!! Maybe just maybe Bshepp might get a smidge of the secret.
