I remember seeing Mark Martin at atomic last year when he showed up late. He went out and made the most horrific qualifying lap I've ever seen him do, mainly cuz they rushed the car out there. Mark just looked at the ground and shook his head.
Agreed. And yeah last year, he looked awful.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Someone that was there last night told me that Essex announced before his his heat that Bloomer was at the Scioto Downs Casino before he showed up. Don't know if that was said sarcastically or not.

I couldn't hear much being in the pit area. I seen on facebook a guy said he passed a black hauler in Pikeville ky around 5. That's a good 2 or 3 hours away from Waverly.

Again. What does it matter to you unless your footing the bills? He was putting a sponsor sticker on his car? Its hard to race at that level without them.

You're right about that!! Light years ahead of anyone. The best ever, and pretty much untouchable outside of Davenport the past year.

in my honest opinion which doesnt mean much but i think if you dont make it in time for the drivers meeting you dont race that night

Bloomer is just testing right now. He will let everybody know when he is in full race mode. Dont count out black sunshine, hes the best there is.

That's how I feel too. For the most part it seems the meetings consists of the same ol bs, but on occasions there are certain things that get discussed that everyone that is racing needs to hear. I'm not even certain I seen he even went through pre-race tech. The 6 car was the last car to go through tech. It went through about 10-15 mins before they shut down the tech line.

Probably just testing some stuff on the ole toter setup. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
