go to your local tire shop and get used wheel weights it melts very easly we use 2x2 square tube to pour it in

Where are you located??? I'm in central Pa and we have 2 huge blocks of lead each weighing about 2500 pounds. Sell you a couple hundred pounds pretty cheap if you come cut off what you need and melt it down yourself....
