we have a fresh 388 cornett ford with zero laps on rebuild. its complete except carb. has crank trigger, dist, water pump, pulleys, plugs, wires etc. ready to put in and fire up. If interested i can get you specifics from my motor guy. we put new heads and all parts on them on with the freshen over the winter/spring. Motor has not been fired since. very smooth and driveable with good power. 11,000. located in central Illinois. If you are looking for a start-up project, I have a 410 and a 430 that both need work. The 430 broke a rod, but did very minimal damage to the block. The 410 has some older Yates heads, but is a solid little motor. It pulled a lifter sleeve out of the block and needs some repair work, but I don't think it's too bad. Both motors are Fords, and were built and maintained by Dargie. Both are currently at his shop.
