how old and how many laps on it was it dynoed also does it need freshing

Was built everything brand new 3 yrs ago with gm block. This past offseason had new dart block, new pistons, new cam(8000 chip rule), new valves and springs. I put 1200 laps on it this season and it is just as strong as beginning of the yr.
It was dynoed at Triple R.
