I would need to get IMCA and USRA to buy off on them being legal!

Are they one piece or cut down to roof quarters, doors, fenders etc. This will make a big difference in transport etc.

Ill see the head of USRA on the 12th and IMCA on the 27th.

The ones that I have measured will not fit around most roll cages. But that depends on how the cars are built I guess.
