Open center. 3500# leaf spring axles. New shackles, straps, and bolts in 2011. Fits a mod or street stock (Possibly 4cyl). Toolbox stays with the trailer. Sanded and painted this spring (gray). 4' x 8' observation deck with new platform(3/4in treated plywood) and new folding handrail. Tows excellent.
