406 sbc trade for a 9" floater

I have a 400 sbc bored .030 over, scat crank, scat forged I beam rods, flat top pistons, 480int 494exh 106sep hydraulic cam, and balanced by van senus. It is very fresh. Only raced 4 times in the ump class then I stepped down to pure street. Will trade short block for a ready to bolt in to metric 9" floater with disc breaks. I'm from nw indiana
