Only the 3" offset has the IMCA approved tag on it, the other 3 dont.

what kind of wheels are they brand name and what shape are they in cell 815 260 9965

The 3" is a bassett inertia wheel (see in speedway catalog). The others are a silver bart D-hole, a chrome bart & a white bart. All are used & have slight bending on the outer lips, nothing serious.
