This is the #98 fox mustang that has raced Lasalle, Kankakee, & Fairbury (once @ Peoria in 2010). My SS is done & I need the room. Top 5 car ANYWHERE! Ran 4th @ Lasalle just last nite. Finished 3rd in pts. @ Lasalle in '10. Heres what I have:

Complete 100% RACE READY 1982 mustang, mild built 2.3L with undercar header, T5 trans, 7.5" rearend with locked 3.08 gears in the rear, motorcraft "121" carburetor (350 cfm), new (in april) interstate battery, GT aluminum radiator, 10 gal. fuel cell, stock napa rear shocks/monroe struts (V8 strut on RF) with racing springs. Will sell with 3 spare tires (all DOT 195-70-14 on OEM steel wheels, same as whats on the car, all tires are LIKE NEW), 2 like new rear shocks, 1 pr. spare doors & 5 spare front fenders , spare '85 nose, 2 spare steering racks, spare radiator, 4 spare axles. I have 3 spare 2.3L motors (2 are .030 over), a spare T5 trans & bellhousing, bare 7.5 rearend, spare OEM roller head, and way too many other misc. mustang parts to begin to list, clutch cables, brand new water pump, coil, module, etc.

If your really expecting that much for it then your not gunna get it. You finished 11th in points at lasalle this season. Now days everybody is lookin for a fast car to beat the top guys. The most you will prolly get out of it is like $1500 an thats if your lucky. But if you want it out quick sell it for $500 to $1k. Other than that it will prolly just sit in a garage an goe to waste

he didn't race the whole season at lasalle, it's a very good car. If he would have raced the whole season he would be top 5 easy.

Like kneon96 said, I didnt race every week this season, thats the reason I was back in the points. This is for the complete race ready car and ALL the parts I own for it, its a lot of stuff. I wont "give" the car away for $500 -$1000 either.

What if he only raced 5 times and finished top five each night but finished 11th in points, would it be a fast car then? Your post makes no sense, but with 4 posts you are new to racing.

obviosly you dont know what your talking about. I know its a fast car ive seen it race many times and he has a street stock so that would explain points, and look what he finished in points last year, and mustangs fast or slow generally are worth more

Yu had 2 cars this season. Blew both of them up. An yu guys can think that since he has alot of spare parts that it will sell but its not gunna. Maybe if you keep lowering it little by little then somebody will jump on it. But not at no $2700
