needed ford 2.3t first efi manifold inline

Looking for an early fuel injection manifold for a turbo coupe. I need the inline efi manifold mates to a d port head. This is not the efi manifold everyone adapts for carburators on the ministock motors.
Efi minis use with carbs shaped like a square 88
What I need is similar but inline oooo.
