LCE Performance Stage 5 22RE cylinder head and Gold Star clutch

I have a LCE Performance Stage 5 cylinder head complete with cam, rocker assembly, valves, springs and APR head studs. Asking $1500. I also have a Gold Star racing clutch for a 22RE. Clutch will need to be gone through by Gold Star, they said depending on what it needs it could be as much as $400 to rebuild. I am asking $350 for it.
