406 sbc trade for a 9" floater

I have a 400 sbc bored .030 over, scat crank, scat forged I beam rods, flat top pistons, 480int 494exh 106sep hydraulic cam, and balanced by van senus. Its very fresh. Only raced it 4 times in ump class then stepped down to pure street class. I will trade short block for a ready to bolt in to metric 9" floater with disc brakes. I'm from nw indiana
