Wanted...28' or less diesel toterhome/motorhome

Hey 4m!!, as the title states I'm looking for a toterhome/motorhome that is no longer than 28 feet. I have a tight corner where our shop is located thus no longer than 28 feet.

Must also be able to tow our 12,000lbs tag trailer and prefer the to NOT have a sportdeck(fifth wheel/gooseneck)

Looking for amenities of A/C, lounge area, and possibly enough room to sleep 4 or 5 people.

Willing to travel up to 500 miles from zip 62670 and only budgeted to spend a max of $25K.
