titanium rotors, calipers and brackets

I recently traded for a 14 maxim with 6 nights on it. im running the 305 series here in texas and they say these are a no no. so I guess I need to buy all knew brakes, I was told I couldn't just replace the rotors. is this correct? thanks in advance charlie

If the calipers are legal, you can definitely just replace the rotors. I'm assuming the rule is no Ti anywhere on the car?
