For a conference dinner, I’d avoid splitting everyone up if the schedule matters. We tried taxis once after an exhibition, and one car went to the wrong hotel while the rest of us waited outside with display materials. The next time, we used limo hire services after agreeing on one pickup point and one return time. It wasn’t about making a grand entrance; it just kept the group together and made the night feel organised. The driver knew the venue, handled the second stop after dinner, and nobody had to chase messages while tired.
