Forecasted Rains Cancel Southern Nationals Bonus Series Butterball Memorial at Richmond Raceway

RICHMOND, Ky. – September 17, 2016 – Due to forecasted heavy rains this evening moving ahead of a cold front, the 29th Annual Paul “Butterball†Wooldridge Memorial at Richmond (Ky.) Raceway has been canceled. Series and track officials were unable to come up with a suitable makeup date and cannot return for the track’s third try at a makeup date of this event.
The next Southern Nationals Bonus Series event will be Friday Night September 30th for the 13th Annual Tarheel 50 at Ray Cook’s Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, N.C paying $4,053-to-win.
