604 or 602 engines only. MUST HAVE SOME SERIES SEAL OR NEW GM BOLTS OR BOTTLE CAP SEALS.
ANY aftermarket parts in engines (as NeSmith rules) must add 50 lbs.
No stack springs
AFCO crate spec shocks get 50 lb weight break and 40 inch deck height.
DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER.
DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF RACES
Free camping for both fans and teams
Thursday parking and low country boil that night
Friday on track and heats
Saturday B mains, A Main, No qualifier features or paid B mains (based on car count) All cars must participate in 4 wide salute of A Main to be eligible for Non qualifier features. Trying to make it a show, not just a race.
Remember, this is a 2 hour televised event. Suits clean, patches on, cars looking good might help you with future sponsors.
Top 3 engines coming down period.
Top 3 checks to be held until tire results come back.
There is a saftey waiver you can sign for fire supression.
MUST HAVE FIREPROOF GLOVES ON ALL AT TIMES.
Check carb rules carefully
No fuel additives. Must declare fuel in pre race tech and must match lab.
NO dished doors on right side of car. ALL aero items to be carefully checked.
All suspension items to be closely checked.
