Short Track News "LIVE" makes it's debut at Kankakee Speedway for Summer Nationals
June 15th, Kankakee, IL. - This Thursday June 16th at the Kankakee Speedway the websites ShortTrackNews.com and ShortTrackNewsRadio.com have combined to bring fans their debut coverage called Short Track News "LIVE" for the Summer Nationals. Starting at 5PM they will have up to the minute live blogging until the final checker flag falls. Fans will be able to interact with our staff during this event and leave comments as well. There will also be pre-race radio coverage from 5:30PM to 7:30PM including driver interviews and updates on qualifying.
There's no substitute for being at the races and with over 40 Late Models and 40 Modifieds expected (along with NASCAR star Ken Schrader) it's going to be a great night of action and we hope you come out and enjoy it with us. For those who can't though, promoter Tom Smith has given not only us, but fans who can't make it this unique opportunity to enjoy the races. Stop by and check out our coverage and share this info with your friends.
