How to keep custom Telegram notification bots running on restricted cloud servers?

I running a Python script on an AWS EC2 instance that pushes real-time server alerts to my personal Telegram channel, but the hosting provider's firewall blocks standard Telegram API endpoints. How do you bypass cloud host port blocks so the bot stays online?
