In just over two weeks we will be kicking off the 2013 season at Tucson International Raceway with the Winter Extreme. There will be six nights of racing with the best Super Late Model and Modified drivers in the country on hand.

Friday, Juanuary 11th - Practice
Saturday, January 12th - $3000 to win
Sunday, January 13th - $5000 to win
Wednesday, January 16th - $3000 to win

This is shapping up to be the biggest week of late model and modified racing in the western half of the United States ever. So make sure that you are at Tucson International Raceway from January 11th threw Janury 20th. I can't wait!!!!

Gates for General Admission Stands will open 1 and 1/2 hours before races. The pit gates will open 3 hours before the races start.

Here are the General rules for the Super Late Models at the Winter Extreme at Tucson International Raceway from January 11th-20th. We will use the standard WoO/LOLMS Body Rules. All cars must run an 8" max rear spoiler. Cars with aluminum block engines must weigh a minimum of 2300lb and cars with steel block engines must weigh a minimum of 2250lb at the end of the race. Only the following tires will be allowed for the Winter Extreme: Hoosier Spec D55, Hoosier WRS D55 Spec, Hoosier WRS2 D55 Spec, Hoosier WRS2 D55 Wissota, All other rules will be CDM Super Late Model Rules.

At the Winter Extreme in Tucson Arizona, January 12th-20th all drivers in all classes will be required to use Raceivers.

Just wanted to let everyone know that all 6 nights of racing at the Winter Extreme at Tucson International Raceway will be CDM Late Model National Points races. The last two nights January 19th & 20th will be the first two points races of the 2013 season for the CDM Super Late Model Southern Series Presented by Indy Screen Print.
