Blake Spencer Victorious at Volusia; Swainsboro Biggie on Deck
St. Augustine, Florida (11/21/17) – It may have taken further into the season than Blake Spencer would’ve liked, but on Saturday night he took his Bozard Ford #6 Revolution Racing/ Longhorn Chassis Crate Late Model to Victory Lane.
Spencer’s first win of the season came at Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park.
“I feel like I should’ve got this first win of the season several months back, but luck hasn’t been on our side,†Spencer noted. “I’m very thankful to get this win. This team deserves it, and hopefully in our last few events of the season we can enjoy more success.â€
Blake Spencer made the short trip to Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) on Saturday night to pursue the $1,000 top prize. Following a runner-up finish in his heat race behind Richard Ferry, Spencer streaked to his first win of the season in the feature topping Ferry, Joe Kump, Gordon Peck, and Mark Steube at the finish line.

The Thanksgiving weekend – November 23-25 – will take the team to Swainsboro Raceway (Swainsboro, Georgia) to compete in the Southern Dream Turkey 100. The event is headlined by a $20,000-to-win event.
